Safety is critical to our success at Cache Valley Electric. We appreciate all that you do to ensure safe working environments for everyone. That’s why we’ve initiated our new Safety Incentive Program. As you accrue safety hours, you can redeem them for tools, watches, clothing, sports equipment and much more. Remember that you can get additional safety  hours by making suggestions, leaving a clean work site, using safe work practices and attending trainings. We value your contribution to our safety success and want to make sure that you are rewarded for your commitment to CVE.

PROGRAM DETAILS

1. Track your safety hours each week on your paycheck
2. Submit an order form when you have accrued enough hours for the item you want. You can order online, or fax an order form to Stacy in the Personnel Department at 801-908-6677. You can also mail an order form to Personnel Dept., Attn: Stacy, CVE, 2345 South John Henry Drive, Salt Lake City, UT 84119
3. Orders ship in April and October to the address noted on your order form.
4. Your safety hour total is reduced by the number of hours redeemed, once your order ships.
