Subject:  Cache Valley Electric’s Teledata Division has been awarded contract for Overstock.com®

Cache Valley Electric’s Salt Lake based Teledata Division has been awarded the Design/Build contract for the voice and data cabling of the new Overstock.com® building located in SLC’s Old Mill Building

The contract consists of the installation of approximately 420,000 feet of Category 6 voice and data cabling.  Overstock.com® has chosen a Panduit solution for their 130,000 square foot Data Center, which serves as back up to their co-location facility in Salt Lake City.  Cache Valley Electric will also install a 50 micron fiber backbone in this new building.  This will allow Overstock.com® to accommodate the latest technology in the Data Center.  Cache Valley Electric’s contract is directly with Overstock.com®.  The anticipated completion for this fast track project is mid June 2005
