Cache Valley Electric’s Health & Safety Department Receives Prestigious Award

Due to the combined efforts of Cache Valley Electric’s Health & Safety Department and employees, CVE has received the Gold Award from North Carolina’s Department of Labor.  CVE has received this award two years in a row.  The Gold Award criteria are based on achieving a lost workday case rate, which includes cases of lost workdays and restricted workdays, which is at least 50 percent below the statewide rate.  A firm must also have had no fatalities at the site during the calendar year and must have more than 10 employees in that division or department.

CVE is headquartered in Logan, Utah and performs work all across the nation.  Established in 1915, CVE is celebrating their 90^th anniversary.
